Why did I receive a bill?

STEC bills for ambulance transport services. Even if you have insurance, you may receive a bill for the patient responsibility portion (copay, deductible, or coinsurance).

What if I have insurance?

We bill most insurance carriers directly. Please have your insurance information ready when you call. You are responsible for any balance not covered by insurance.

Can I set up a payment plan?

Yes. Contact our billing department to arrange a monthly payment plan. We work with patients to find manageable payment options.

How do I pay my bill online?

Visit our online payment page to pay securely with a credit or debit card. You will need your account number from your billing statement.

What if I can't afford to pay?

We offer financial assistance programs for qualifying patients. Contact our billing office to discuss your options.
