The Community Health Paramedicine program extends the role of EMS professionals beyond emergency response. Our community paramedics provide in-home visits, chronic disease management support, preventive care, and health education directly in the community.

This program helps reduce unnecessary emergency room visits, improves health outcomes, and connects patients with the resources they need.
